O objetivo deste artigo é discutir o processo de transformações corporais, subjetivas e violências nas narrativas de travestis que tiveram suas trajetórias de vida atravessadas pela experiência do aprisionamento. Trata-se do recorte de uma pesquisa etnográfica mais ampla que discutiu o aprisionamento de travestis no Ceará (NASCIMENTO, 2018). Aqui, me remeterei às vivências das travestis implicadas no processo de transformações das travestilidades e as violências em decorrência da transgressão aos padrões de gênero e de sexualidade. Com isso, pretendo pôr em discussão as múltiplas “tecnologias de gênero” (LAURETIS, 1994) utilizadas pelas travestis para a produção de seus corpos e subjetividades, mas também as “precariedades” (BUTLER, 2016b) que atravessam suas vidas por transgredirem as normas de gênero e sexuais.
The objective of this article is to discuss the process of corporal, subjective and violent transformations in the narratives of transvestites that had their life trajectories crossed by the experience of the imprisonment. It is the cut of a broader ethnographic research that discussed the imprisonment of transvestites in Ceará (NASCIMENTO, 2018). Here, I will refer to the experiences of the transvestites involved in the process of transformations of travestilities and violence as a result of transgression to the standards of gender and sexuality. With this, I intend to discuss the multiple “gender technologies” (LAURETIS, 1994) used by transvestites for the production of their bodies and subjectivities, but also the “precarities” (Butler, 2016b) that cross their lives for transgressing the norms of gender and sex.
