O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar a evolução dos direitos fundamentais desde sua
origem até sua projeção transindividual, e verificar os mecanismos de efetivação disponÃveis no
ordenamento jurÃdico, com ênfase na Ação Civil Pública, como instrumento de tutela coletiva voltado
à efetivação dos direitos fundamentais.
The present article has for objective to analyze the evolution of fundamental rights
since its origin until its transindividual projection and verify the effectiveness of mechanisms available
in the legal system, with emphasis on Public Civil Action, as an instrument of collective protection
aimed at the effectuation of fundamental rights.
