No canal por assinatura GNT foi criado o programa Fale Conosco, disponibilizado em sua página no Youtube. Ao ler os comentários deixados pelos usuários nas diferentes redes sociais da emissora, como Facebook, Instagram e no próprio Youtube, o programa é uma coprodução audiovisual que promove o diálogo entre o GNT e a sua audiência, por meio da transmídia. O presente estudo tem como objetivo compreender como o Fale Conosco explora as potencialidades do Youtube e, consequentemente, incorpora o formato televisivo tradicional no meio digital, além de se aproximar de diferentes usuários. A investigação do Fale Conosco ocorre por meio da análise exploratória de cinco vídeos, que têm o seu formato reproduzido mais de uma vez na playlist do programa no Youtube, configurando interação de coprodução expandida em dinâmica transmídia.
In the subscription channel GNT was created the program Fale Conosco, available on its YouTube page. When reading the comments left by the users in the different social networks of the transmitter, like Facebook, Instagram and in the own Youtube, the program is an audiovisual coproduction that promotes the dialogue between the GNT and its audience, through the transmedia. The purpose of this study is to understand how Fale Conosco explores the potentialities of YouTube and, consequently, incorporates the traditional television format in the digital environment, in addition to approaching different users. Fale Conosco's investigation takes place through the exploratory analysis of five videos, which have their format reproduced more than once in the playlist of the program on YouTube, configuring interaction of coproduction expanded in transmedia.
