Apresentar o perfil, a contextualização e a opinião dos participantes do estudo piloto e apresentar as alterações e ajustes que permitiram aperfeiçoar o instrumento de avaliação das atividades dos profissionais em saúde mental. Pesquisa exploratória. Dados coletados junto a enfermeiros com instrumento para contextualização dos sujeitos, trabalho, polÃticas, práticas e formação. Aprovado em Comitê de Ética.: Participaram 18 enfermeiros (22 a 41 anos). Observou-se contradição quanto as dificuldades. Nem todos os serviços seguem as polÃticas oficiais. Observou-se necessidade de acrescentar ao instrumento informações sobre prática dos profissionais e suas opiniões sobre a polÃtica de saúde mental. A avaliação deste instrumento permitiu que os pesquisadores revisassem o roteiro considerando dificuldades no preenchimento e análise dos dados.AVALIAÇÃO DE INSTRUMENTO PARA DIAGNÓSTICO DAS ATIVIDADES DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE SAÚDE MENTAL: ESTUDO PILOTO
To present the profile, the context and the opinion of the participants of the pilot study and to present the changes which enabled to improve the instrument to evaluate the activities of mental health professionals. Exploratory research. Data collected among mental health nurses with an instrument to contextualize the subjects,their work, policies, practices and education. Approval from the Ethics Committee was obtained. Eighteen nurses participated (22 to 41 years). Contradiction was found in
terms of the difficulties and not all services follow official policies. It was observed necessity to get more information on the practice of the professionals and their opinions about politics of mental health. The assessment of this instrument allowed the researchers considering the difficults in answer and analyze the database.
