Este artigo apresenta considerações sobre o estudo da prática epistolar, reafirma a
necessidade de se desconstruir a equivalência, presente no senso comum, entre o
espaço de intimidade e a noção de transparência e contribui para a reflexão do
historiador sobre os diferentes elementos que compõem a situação discursiva da
produção do texto missivista.
This paper makes considerations about the study of epistolary practices and
reasserts the need to deconstruct the common sense equivalence between space of
intimacy and the notion of transparency. It also contributes to the historian’s
reflection on the various elements that constitute the discursive situation of the
production of missive text.
