This article aims at studying the exclusion and limitation of civil liability in business contracts from the perspective of comparative law from Brazil, Italy, and Portugal. This article analyzes the exclusion and limitation of liability in business contracts under the scientific framework of the validity, in the light of the Brazilian, Italian, and Portuguese legal systems.
