Este artigo aborda a singularidade da condição de desamparo e de dor psíquica, considerando os aportes da Psicanálise. Com base em uma revisão dos textos da metapsicologia freudiana, apresenta-se a relevância desses conceitos, assim como se aborda a qualidade necessária da escuta no campo da técnica psicanalítica. A escuta analítica torna-se instrumento fundamental na intervenção de situações de desamparo e dor psíquica. Via transferência, instala-se um campo de ancoragem e de acolhimento, que possibilita que o excesso, nomeado como dor psíquica, seja simbolizado, retirando o sujeito do terreno do mortífero e do irrepresentável.
This article approaches the singularity of the abandonment and psychic pain condition, considering the contributions of the Psychoanalysis. Based on a texts review of the Freudian metapsychology, it is presented the relevance of those concepts, as well as it is approached the necessary quality of the listening in the field of the psychoanalytic technique. The analytical listening becomes a fundamental tool in the intervention of abandonment and psychic pain situations. Through transference, it is installed an anchorage field and of reception, that makes possible that the excess, nominated as psychic pain, be symbolized, removing the subject from the land of the deathful and of the irrepresentable.
