As alterações climáticas, devido às ações humanas, causarão um grande impacto na produção agrícola, diante disso, o interesse sobre o manejo racional de irrigação tornou-se notório. Mediante a escassez de conhecimento sobre melhor utilização de água em hortaliças, objetivou-se avaliar qual o efeito do uso de diferentes lâminas de água na cultura do rabanete, visando potencializar a qualidade e produtividade. A planta foi submetida a diferentes lâminas de água em seu ciclo: 50%, 100% e 150% da sua necessidade hídrica. Verificou-se aumento significativo no acúmulo de matéria verde, na utilização da lâmina de 100%. Portanto, uso correto de água permite maior produção sem trazer grandes complicações de desperdiço hídrico.
The climate change, consequence of human actions, will cause a major impact on agricultural production, in this case, the interest in rational irrigation water management has become notorious. Due to the shortage of knowledge upon the better management of water with vegetables, the research aimed evaluate the effect of the use of different kinds of water slides on the radish culture, in order to potentialize quality and productivity. The plant was subjected to different water slides in its cycle: 50%, 100% and 150% of its water requirement. There was a significant increase of green matter accumulation after the utilization in the slide of 100%. Therefore, the correct use of water allows a biggest production without major complications of water waste.
