O objetivo do presente artigo é propor novos pontos de reflexão sobre o conceito de assimetria, valorando-a como um paradigma do Estado Constitucional contemporâneo, tendo a diversidade como um elemento de integração e unidade social em contextos de conflito entre diversos grupos sociais e podendo servir para consolidar a confiança dos cidadãos inclusive narelação dos as instituições estatais. Neste sentido, se pretende analisar que grau de assimetria pode ser absorvido pelo ordenamento sem provocar rejeição fisiológica e apontar o “quanto” e o “de qual modo” isso pode gerar integração política. Neste sentido, è necessário verificar as vantagens que tal assimetria podemaportar no sistema, especialmente em contextos de tensões de natureza identitária.
The aim of this paper is to propose new points of reflection on the concept of asymmetry, valuing it as a paradigm of the contemporary Constitutional State, having diversity as an element of integration and social unity in contexts of conflict between various social groups and observing if it can serve to consolidate the trust of citizens including in the relationship of state institutions. In this sense, it is intended to analyze what degree of asymmetry can be absorbed by the order without causing physiological rejection and to point out the "how much" and "how" this can generate political integration. In this sense, it is necessary to verify the advantages that such asymmetry can bring in the system, especially in contexts of tensions of an identity nature.
