Trata da comunidade de pescadores artesanais do município da Raposa e de como os direitos ambien-tais e trabalhistas se apresentam nesse contexto. Tem por objetivos traçar uma análise antropológica da comunida-de e verificar a garantia de seus direitos. A metodologia baseou-se em pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, por meio da visita ao local e da interação com os moradores. Diante do estudo, observou-se a forte relação da cultura com a economia de pesca e a carência da atuação judiciária na comunidade.
This study focuses on the community of artisanal fishermen in the municipality of Raposa and how environmental and labor rights manifest in this context. Its objectives are to conduct an anthropological analysis of the community and assess the guarantee of their rights. The methodology was based on bibliographic research and fieldwork, including visiting the location and interacting with the residents. Through the study, a strong relationship between culture and the fishing economy was observed, as well as a lack of judicial intervention in the community.
