The purpose of this article is to introduce the reader to the complex question of the definition of ethics and morals as well as to discuss the foundations of ethical-moral action in the crisis of the foundation of contemporary thought. What are the implications of losing the idea of natural law to the complex relationship between ethics and law? What are the reasons that led to a discontinuity between law and being? And what are its consequences for the Law?
