O presente artigo visa, através de estudo de caso, entender a percepção da acessibilidade e inclusão na obra do Hotel-escola da UFRRJ, trazer definições de termose proporadaptaçõesou soluções em sua estrutura e funcionamento. Trata-se de um estudo de caso a partir de referenciais bibliográficos, legislação e normalização. No mundo em que vivemos, é essencial que todos possam se deslocar e se comunicar. Como as barreiras são muitas para viabilizar essa integração, foram criadas normas jurídicas e procedimentos que viabilizem essa inclusão das pessoas com deficiência/PcDsno mundo moderno. O hotel-escola não foge à regra. Observaremos como estavamas condições da obra antes da inauguração e anecessidadede ajustes. Após cumpridos os objetivos, apresentou-se sugestões para solucionara médio e longo prazo, osproblemas existentes, dentro dos recursos orçamentários disponíveis como uma instituição pública.
This article aims, through a case study, to understand the perception of accessibility and inclusion in the construction of the UFRRJ School Hotel, to provide definitions of terms and to propose adaptations or solutions in its structure and operation. Thisis a case study based on bibliographic references, legislation and standardization. In the world we live in, it is essential for everyone to be able to move around and communicate. As there are many barriers to this integration, legal norms and procedureshave been created to enable the inclusion of people with disabilities in the modern world. The school hotel is no exception. We will look at the condition of the building before it was inaugurated and the need for adjustments. Once the objectives have been met, we will present suggestions for solving the existing problems in the medium and long term, within the budgetary resources available as a public institution.
