A Maioridade penal principalmente nos dias atuais é um tema bastante polêmico entre os legisladores e brasileiros em geral, uns a favor da redução da maioridade penal e outros totalmente contra. Caso se faça uma análise profunda do assunto, será notado que essa não seria a solução mais plausível a ser adotada. Este projeto tem o objetivo de aprofundar essa discussão e mostrar que somente a redução da maioridade penal não solucionaria o problema da violência no país. Este artigo foi editado com base em publicações, artigos acadêmicos e doutrina. Não foi utilizada nenhuma espécie de pesquisa de campo, apenas foram consultados materiais já escritos por outros autores.
Criminal majority, especially nowadays, is a very controversial issue among legislators and Brazilians in general, some in favor of reducing the age of criminality and others totally against it. If a thorough analysis of the subject is made, it will be noted that this would not be the most plausible solution to adopt. This project aims to deepen this discussion and show that only reducing the age of criminality would not solve the problem of violence in the country. This article was edited based on publications, scholarly articles, and doctrine. No field research was used, only materials already written by other authors were consulted.
