Este ensaio trata, principalmente, do arranjo físico da empresa ou qualquer organização que necessite deste processo. O físico operacional abrange o arranjo, o espaço e as próprias operações ligadas à atividade da empresa. No que diz respeito o arranjo físico, veremos que é a organização de tudo o que envolve o trabalho realizado. Para tanto, faz-se necessário estudar as diversas possibilidades de arranjo físico para decidir qual a mais indicada, de acordo com o ramo de atividade e o espaço físico da empresa, e só então escolher qual modelo de arranjo torna-se mais adequado. Outrossim, são aqui analisadas as vantagens do arranjo físico, bem como as dificuldades para fazê-lo, além dos perigos de uma decisão errada. Portanto, embora não seja o bastante para a implementação completa de todas as ações de uma empresa, este trabalho tem o objetivo de esclarecer o caminho a se seguir e fazer com que se tenha consciência a respeito da importância do arranjo físico.
This essay deals mainly with the physical layout of a company or any organization that requires this process. The operational physical layout encompasses the layout, space and operations themselves linked to the company's activity. Regarding the physical layout, we will see that it is the organization of everything that involves the work performed. To this end, it is necessary to study the various possibilities of physical layout to decide which is the most appropriate, according to the company's line of business and physical space, and only then choose which layout model is most appropriate. Furthermore, the advantages of the physical layout are analyzed here, as well as the difficulties in doing so, in addition to the dangers of making the wrong decision. Therefore, although it is not enough to fully implement all of a company's actions, this work aims to clarify the path to follow and raise awareness about the importance of the physical layout.
