No desenvolvimento deste estudo elegeu-se como objetivos identificar como se desenvolve a avaliação das ações e quais os indicadores de saúde utilizados nas unidades Estratégia de Saúde da FamÃlia (ESFs) nos municÃpios de abrangência da 13° Coordenadoria Regional da Saúde - RS. Se configurando em um estudo qualitativo de caráter exploratório e descritivo. Na análise dos dados, a análise temática foi escolhida, por mais se adequar a esta investigação. Os resultados demonstram que cinco gestores avaliam suas ações em saúde e um não se utiliza da avaliação. A maioria destes se reúne periodicamente com suas equipes para análise dos dados do Sistema de Informação da Atenção Básica (SIAB) coletados. A carência de informação e capacitação dos gestores gera uma produção de dados, pouco utilizados no planejamento e avaliação das ações e dos serviços, e quando utilizados seguem os padrões preconizados pelo Ministério da Saúde.
During the development of the present study it was chosen as goals: to identify how to develop the evaluation of actions and which are the health indicators used in units of the Family Health Strategy (FHTs) in the cities belonging to the 13th Regional Coordination of Health - RS. It was configured in a qualitative study of exploratory and descriptive character. In data analysis, the thematic analysis was chosen because it was the one which best fit this investigation. The results showed that five managers evaluate their actions in health and one of them does not use de evaluation. Most of these members meet regularly with their teams to analyze data from Information System of Basic Attention collected. The lack of information and training of managers generates data production which is little used in planning and evaluating actions and services, and when they are used they follow the standards established by the Ministry of Health.
