O presente trabalho contém as linhas fundamentais da revogação do ato administrativo, com nítido propósito de desvelar as respectivas consequências jurídicas. Assim, a par de estabelecer a base teórica da revogação do ato, o artigo tem como finalidade chamar a atenção do leitor para questões de ordem prática, dentre outras, a possibilidade de indenização ao particular lesado na sua esfera jurídica, e o problema do direito adquirido.
The present paper contains the fundamental lines for the revocation of the administrative act and intends to unveil the corresponding legal consequences. Thus, in addition to establishing the theoretical basis for the revocation of the act, this article aims at drawing the reader`s attention to practical issues such as the possibility for compensation to the private party injured in his legal sphere and to the matter of acquired rights.
