No artigo faz-se um estudo comparado entre os romances Chove sobre minha infância (2000) e Chá das cinco com o vampiro (2010), de Miguel Sanches Neto, no sentido de compreender os diferentes pactos estabelecidos entre autor e leitor na narrativa do Eu. Entre os discursos romanesco e o autobiográfico, estas duas obras perfazem a representação do gesto literário no limite entre a escrita da memória – a recuperação do vivido – e sua ficcionalização. Para tanto, busca-se definir brevemente o conceito-metáfora de gesto literário como a figuração, no espaço do romance, do escritor no momento ou em torno de seu ofício. Nas narrativas de Miguel Sanches a ambiguidade entre fato e invenção se faz pelo uso do nome próprio, no primeiro, além de outros indicadores claramente vinculados à biografia do autor. Esgarçadas as fronteiras, memória e ficção compõem o campo de atuação do escritor.
In the article we make a comparative study between the novels Chove sobre a minha infância (2000) and Chá das cinco com o vampire ( 2010), by Miguel Sanches Neto, in order to understand the different established pacts between author and reader in the narrative of self. Among the novelistic and autobiographical discourses, these two works make up the representation of the gesture at the boundary between memory writing - the recovery of what has been lived - and its fictionalization. To this end, we seek to briefly define the concept - metaphor of literary gesture as the figuration, in the novel’s space, of the writer at or around his office. In the narratives of Miguel Sanches, the ambiguity between fact and invention is achieved by using his own name, in the first case, and other indicators are clearly linked to the author’s biography. Frayed the borders, memory and fiction make up the writer’s playing field.
