Este artigo teve como objetivo a análise do aplicativo A.DOT e suas potencialidades em relação à adoção necessária. Considerando a recente criação do aplicativo pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Paraná, juntamente com outras entidades e órgãos da Administração Pública, considerou-se relevante o estudo sobre o contexto do seu surgimento, suas funcionalidades e as conquistas já efetivadas. Deste modo, a partir do método dedutivo e das técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica de entrevista pessoal, o artigo foi dividido em três partes. A primeira foi dedicada ao contexto de surgimento do A.DOT, a partir da Lei n. 13.509/2017, que dispõe sobre a adoção e altera o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (Lei 8.069/90) e também a Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (decreto Lei 5.452/43). Na segunda parte, o artigo tratou do aplicativo e das suas funcionalidades, mediante a apresentação dos termos de uso e dos requisitos necessários à sua utilização. Na terceira parte, foram indicadas as potencialidades do A.DOT, considerando o sucesso do Projeto Encontro, iniciativa que consagra ideais compartilhados pelos idealizadores do aplicativo. Ao final, foram tecidas considerações finais sobre a criação e o início da utilização do A.DOT, destacando-se os desafios que precisam ser superados a fim de se garantir sua utilização plena.
This article aimed to analyze the A.DOT application and its potential in relation to the necessary adoption. Considering the recent creation of the application by the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná, along with other entities and organs of the Public Administration, it was considered relevant the study about the context of its emergence, its functionalities and the achievements already made. Thus, based on the deductive method and bibliographic research techniques of personal interview, the article was divided into three parts. The first one was dedicated to the context of the emergence of A.DOT, from Law n. 13,509 / 2017, which provides for the adoption and amendment of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (Law 8.069 / 90) and also the Consolidation of Labor Laws (Decree Law 5,452 / 43). In the second part, the article dealt with the application and its functionalities, by presenting the terms of use and the necessary requirements for their use. In the third part, the potentialities of A.DOT were indicated, considering the success of the Encuentro Project, an initiative that consecrates ideals shared by the idealizers of the application. In the end, final considerations on the creation and start-up of A.DOT were made, highlighting the challenges that need to be overcome in order to ensure their full use.
