O presente artigo tem o condão de trazer ao mundo jurídico um assunto pouco desenvolvido sobre o Princípio da Igualdade. A partir dele, a intenção é trazer à reflexão o leitor, para que entenda o que pensavam os estudiosos Kelsen e Ehrlich, traçando um paralelo com o que atualmente se vive em Sociedade.
The present article has the ability to bring to the legal world a little developed subject on the Principle of Equality.
