O desenvolvimento tecnológico na área das telecomunicações, aliado ao ímpeto das empresas com vistas à redução de custos vêm contribuindo, já há algum tempo, para o crescimento exponencial da modalidade do teletrabalho. Diante disso, a Reforma Trabalhistaimplantada nos termos da Lei nº 13.467/2017 deu especial atenção ao tema, no ensejo de facilitar a implementação de tal forma de trabalho por parte das empresas. No entanto, a regulamentação do teletrabalhode acordo com as diretrizes formuladas no textoda Reforma Trabalhista tem o potencial de degradar o meio ambiente do trabalho a circundar os trabalhadores submetidos a tal modalidade e de lhes afetar diretamente a integridade psicofísica.O presente artigo buscará, nesse sentido, mapear os riscos que a recente regulamentação do teletrabalho moldada pela Reforma Trabalhista acarreta para o meio ambiente do trabalho e para a saúde dos trabalhadores e em que medida suas diretrizes se chocam com as orientações principiológicas emanadas da Constituição Federal.

So, the following article will show the risks brought by the home officesystem as it is fitted by the labor reform which affects directlythe workers health and the labor environment. The article will also show how those rules concerning the home officecollide with the principles set out in the Federal Constitution.
