Este artigo busca traçar os ciclos do Observatório de Turismo de Campo Grande, e entender o processo de reassunçãodo mesmo, criando uma memória detalhada desde a sua criação, interrupção e reativação. A pesquisa possui características metodológicas qualitativas e descritiva, pois apresenta a importância e ponderação dos fatores que impulsionaram a continuidade dos trabalhos, através de uma busca abrangente sobre o assunto, com foco na investigação e na análise dos dados históricos. Dessa forma, espera-se que este artigo coopere para o despertar de outros observatórios que possam ter experimentado ciclos semelhantes.
This article seeks to trace the cycles of the Campo Grande Tourism Observatory and understand the process of its resumption, creating a detailed memory of its creation, interruption and reactivation. The research has qualitative and descriptive methodological characteristics, as it presents the importance and weighting of the factors that drove the continuity of the work, through a comprehensive search on the subject, focusing on the investigation and analysis of historical data. It is hoped that this article will help to awaken other observatories that may have experienced similar cycles.
