O presente trabalho propõe mirar o mundo a partir do Sul, para analisar as transformações polÃticas nas atuais configurações geográficas do planeta, fazendo um rápido balanço do debate acerca do fim dos Estados Nacionais no âmbito do Capitalismo tardio.
This paper proposes targeting the world from the South, to analyze the political transformations in the current geographical configuration of the planet, making a rapid assessment of the debate about the order of the National under late capitalism.
