O presente artigo busca compreender os efeitos do esquecimento dos fatos históricos e sociais brasileiros na realidade política e jurídica nacional. Como a falta de um trabalho de memória acaba acarretando em repetições de realidades julgadas à muito ultrapassadas. Este estudo será de extrema valia na percepção deste fenômeno a obra de Hannah Arendt e sua recusa em aceitar os fatos relativos à Segunda Guerra como superados e transponíveis.

This papes intends to know the efects of forgiveness of historical and social brazilian facts in the juridical and political national reality. This paper will try to respond how the absence of a memory working causes repetition of realities seems finished. The work of Hannah Arendt will be very helpful in her trying to avoid the analyses of the Second World War facts as ended.
