O objetivo deste estudo é analisar o crime de pedofilia considerando suas peculiaridades e formas de abordagem decorrentes do avanço tecnológico. A era digital trouxe consigo muitos benefÃcios e juntamente com esses surgiram os crimes cibernéticos que infringem diversos princÃpios constitucionais. Partindo desses, questionou-se a legislação brasileira no sentido de saber se está adaptada em relação ao crime de pedofilia. Para tanto, utilizou-se o método dedutivo, tendo a pesquisa bibliográfica como procedimento. Constatou-se que há diversas operações no mundo todo, bem como um esforço da lei pátria em combater este crime que, além de ser danoso para a dignidade da pessoa humana, gera altos lucros com a pornografia infanto-juvenil.
The aim of this study is to analyze the crime of pedophilia considering its peculiarities and ways of boarding related to the technological advance. The digital era brought a lot of benefits and, with them, there have appeared many cybernetic crimes that infringe many constitutional principles. Starting there, we ask if the Brazilian law is adapted to such crimes as pedophilia. For so, the deductive method has been used, with bibliographic research as its procedure. The evidence is that there are several operations around the world, as well an effort of the law of our country to fight this crime that, beyond being only harmful to the human being dignity, generates high profits with youth pornography.
