O presente artigo visa a reflexão teórica dos percursos e percalços da for-mação docente continuada de professores da Rede Estadual de Ensino do estado de Goiás, em tempos de pandemia. Pelas reflexões conduzidas, temos que a formação continuada pode ser considerada como degrau formativo que compõe o desenvolvimento da prática docente fortalecendo e subsidian-do o fazer pedagógico, possibilitando uma reflexão do professor(a) sobre sua própria atuação, o que irá fortalecer a construção de uma identidade do-cente mais potente, atuante e transformadora. Reconhecemos os avanços na formação continuada de professores da Educação Básica, mas ainda é muito frágil as relações entre o chão da escola, o ser professor(a) com o ser pes-quisador(a) que sempre tende a ser mais preponderante principalmente nos cursos Strictusensu voltados para a Educação. Adentrando ao foco da pes-quisa, verificamos que a Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Goiás propôs momentos formativos para educadores através do Centro de Estudos, Pes-quisa e Formação dos Profissionais da Educação (Cepfor), promovendo uma formação continuada emergencial para os professores da Educação Básica da Rede Estadual, a fim de atender as necessidades decorrentes do período advindo da pandemia COVID-19.
This article aims at the theoretical reflection of the paths and mishaps of the continuing teacher training of teachers from the State Education Network of the state of Goiás, in times of pandemic. From the reflections conducted, we have that continuing education can be considered as a training step that makes up the development of teaching practice, strengthening and subsidizing the pedagogical work, allowing teachers to reflect on their own performance, which will strengthen the construction of a more powerful, active and transformative. We recognize the advances in the continuing education of Basic Education teachers, but the relationship between the school floor, being a teacher and being a researcher is still very fragile, which always tends to be more predominant, especially in Strictusensu courses. geared towards Education. Entering the focus of the research, we found that the State Department of Education of Goiás proposed training moments for educators through the Center for Studies, Research and Training of Education Professionals (Cepfor), promoting an emergency continuing training for Basic Education teachers in the State Network, in order to meet the needs arising from the period arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
