Um dos sociólogos mais importante da história foi Max Weber, que influenciou diversos cientistas das áreas sociais. A burocracia foi um dos grandes estudos desenvolvidos por ele, tendo inspirado diversos sociólogos voltados para a área organizacional, em diferentes tempos. O presente trabalho, analisou a influência de Weber nas obras de Alberto Guerreiro Ramos e Bruno Maggi, com objetivo de identificar as semelhanças nestas obras. É um trabalho bibliográfico, o qual, para a análise dos resultados, contextualizou a burocracia nos estudos desenvolvidos, tanto por Ramos (1983), quanto por Maggi (2006), analisando fatos como poder, controle e alienação, e em vista dos diferentes tempos em que se desenvolveram este estudos, observou-se a contemporaneidade do tema burocracia, e a alta semelhança dos estudos dos dois autores, Maggi e Ramos.
One of the most important sociologists in history was Max Weber, who influenced several scientists in the social field. Bureaucracy was one of the major studies developed by him, having inspired several sociologists focused on the organizational field at different times. This study analyzed Weber's influence on the works of Alberto Guerreiro Ramos and Bruno Maggi, with the aim of identifying the similarities in these works. It is a bibliographical study that, in order to analyze the results, contextualized bureaucracy in the studies developed by both Ramos (1983) and Maggi (2006), analyzing facts such as power, control and alienation. In view of the different times in which these studies were developed, the contemporaneity of the topic of bureaucracy was observed, and the high similarity of the studies of the two authors, Maggi and Ramos.
