O presente artigo tem por objeto o estudo sobre os Direitos Humanos, em sua acepção internacional, e no processo de internacionalização e sua real garantia ao exercício de direitos e liberdade fundamentais, e a um meio ambiente equilibrado e saudável evidenciando a interação, e à efetividade dos tratados internacionais no direito ambiental e direitos humanos.
This article aims at the study of Human Rights, in its international sense, and in the process of internationalization and its collateral to the exercise of fundamental rights and freedom and a means balanced and healthy environment interaction and showing the effectiveness of international treaties environmental and human rights law.
