A construção civil é um setor de grande importância para a economia, às deficiências em sua gestão não são aceitáveis, pois potencializam os custos finais da obra. Com a chegada da crise nacional, torna-se necessário o desenvolvimento de alternativas para possibilitar o aprimoramento dos processos construtivos, auxiliando os profissionais que atuam na área. No final, serão comparados os custos e a produtividade real em cada uma das etapas construtivas de um edifício residencial de médio porte e confrontar os resultados com a metodologia empregada através da tabela SINAPI, dessa forma, se espera que seja elucidado onde o construtor deverá trabalhar com empreiteiras e até mesmo como ele poderá maximizar a produtividade e consequentemente o lucro das edificações que possuam características semelhantes.
Civil construction is a sector of great importance for the economy, its deficiencies in its management are not acceptable, as they increase the final costs of the work. With the arrival of the national crisis, it becomes necessary the development of tools that enable the improvement of the construction processes, helping the professionals who work in the area. In the end it will be compared the costs and real productivity in each of the construction stages of a residential building midsize and compare the results to the methodology used by SINAPI table, in this way, expected to be elucidated where the builder should work with contractors and even how it can maximize its productivity and consequently of this, it going to measure the profit margin of buildings that have similar characteristics.
