Este estudo é uma revisão do perfil profissional do professor de literatura nasúltimas décadas em Portugal, em todos os níveis de escolaridade. Ao mesmo tempo, areflexão estende-se à definição da profissionalidade de todos aqueles que ensinam literatura,num contexto em que, internacionalmente, as humanidades lutam de várias formas pela suasobrevivência curricular.
This study is a revision of the professional profil e of the teacher of literature in the last decades in Portugal, in all the levels of education. At the same time, the inquiry covers the definition of the professionality of teachers of literature, in a context in which, internationally, the humanities fight in several ways for a core curriculum survival.
