O presente artigo é fruto de uma pesquisa de iniciação científica e posteriormente produto de uma monografia histórica para o curso de Licenciatura em História da Universidade Federal do Amazonas. A pesquisa tratava-se de analisar como memória, identidade, consciência e narrativa histórica são conceitos importantes para entendermos a construção do discurso presente em espaços que se propõem produzir narrativas históricas, no caso aqui o campo museal. Este artigo faz uma breve introdução aos conceitos de Memória e Identidade pela perspectiva do antropólogo Joël Candau, e os conceitos de Consciência e Narrativa Histórica desenvolvidos pelo historiador e filósofo Jörn Rüsen.
This article is the result of a scientific initiation research and later the product of a historical monograph for the Degree in History at the Federal University of Amazonas. The research was about analyzing how memory, identity, consciousness and historical narrative are important concepts to understand the construction of the discourse present in spaces that propose to produce historical narratives, in this case the museum field. This article makes a brief introduction to the concepts of Memory and Identity from the perspective of the anthropologist Joël Candau, and the concepts of Consciousness and Historical Narrative developed by the historian and philosopher Jörn Rüsen.
