O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar os direitos fundamentais sociais nas relações de trabalho, em especial a abrangência do trabalho decente. Cabe examinar o tema em consonância com os objetivos do Estado Democrático de Direito e as disposições da Organização Internacional do Trabalho.
This study aims to analyze the fundamental social rights in labor relations, in particular the breadth of decent work. It should examine the issue in accordance with the objectives of the Democratic State of Law and the provisions of International Labor Organization.
