O aparelho de alta frequência ao entrar em contato com a pele gera os efeitos fisiológicos e o de mecanismo, gerando calor e por consequência gera outros efeitos, como a vasodilatação periférica local, aumento o fluxo sanguíneo e melhora o trofismo, trazendo oxigenação. Sem esse efeito do aparelho de alta frequência, a regeneração da pele fica comprometida pela ação das bactérias e com o uso do aparelho isso diminui devido a ação bactericida do ozônio. Através dos benefícios do aparelho de alta frequência, o processo de cicatrização que foi comprometido pelas bactérias, volta a ter oxigenação, vasodilatação periférica local, nutrição do tecido comprometido, o sistema de defesa entra em ação novamente, terminando a ultima fase do processo de cicatrização que havia sido comprometida. Portanto o presente trabalho demonstrará que é possível tratar uma ferida crônica através do aparelho de alta frequência, graças ao seu efeito, bactericida, bacteriostático, fungicida.

Without this effect of the high-frequency device, skin regeneration is compromised by the action of bacteria and with the use of the device this decreases due to the bactericidal action of ozone. Through the benefits of the high-frequency device, the healing process that was compromised by bacteria, regains oxygenation, local peripheral vasodilation, nutrition of the compromised tissue, the defense system goes into action again, ending the last phase of the healing process that had been compromised. Therefore, this work will demonstrate that it is possible to treat a chronic wound through the high-frequency device, thanks to its bactericidal, bacteriostatic and fungicidal effect.
