O presente trabalho utilizar-se-á de uma análise revisional e bibliográfica para verificar o contexto histórico que originou o massacre em Ruanda, os motivos que levaram aos demais países não impedi-lo, bem como analisar o Tribunal Penal Internacional para Ruanda e os resultados obtidos nos julgamentos ali realizados.
This work will be used in a revisional and literature review to verify the historical context that led to the massacre in Rwanda, the reasons why the other countries do not prevent it, as well as analyzing Tribunal Penal International for Rwanda and the results obtained in the trials made there.
