Observa-se que a construção do sujeito no caso de Rísia, protagonista do romance, está intimamente ligada à evolução de sua linguagem. The novel As mulheres de Tijucopapo by Marilene Felinto is analyzed in the perspective of the creation process of the post-modern character, using Stuart Hall’s views on the construction of identity in a post-modern world.
