A proposta deste artigo é discutir as possibilidades teórico-metodológicas de aproximação entre a literatura e o seu contexto social, levando em consideração que as obras de ficção que surgem a todo o momento em diversas sociedades não estão apartadas do momento e da conjuntura nas quais esteja inserido o seu autor.
