O assédio moral esta presente nas diversas camadas do serviço público, provoca a degradação do ambiente de trabalho, que passa a comportar atitudes arbitrárias e negativas, causando prejuízos aos trabalhadores. Objetivou-se identificar as implicações jurídicas do assédio moral no serviço público. Utilizamos informações de livros, teses, artigos de origem nacional, internet, legislação pertinente ao tema, sendo o universo da pesquisa o Ordenamento Jurídico Brasileiro.
Bullying is present in several public service layers, causes the degradation of the working environment, which shall conduct arbitrary and negative attitudes, causing damages to workers. This study aimed to identify the legal implications of bullying in public service. We performed a literature search of nature, and the universe of research the Brazilian legal system.
