O dissÃdio coletivo necessita da intervenção do Estado para que seja realizada a solução
justa ao caso concreto. No dissÃdio coletivo temos a discussão de direitos e interesses abstratos de
pessoas indeterminadas, para a criação ou modificação das condições gerais de trabalho, no caso de
dissÃdio coletivo de natureza econômica, ou também a interpretação ou declaração do alcance de uma
norma jurÃdica já existente, aqui chamado de dissÃdio coletivo de natureza jurÃdica, aos quais
teceremos maiores comentários ao decorrer do presente estudo.
