Trataremos,neste trabalho,das quatro faces da “contrarreforma” que o sistema previdenciário brasileiro vivencia,desde 1998 até hoje, como expressões da precarização que os sistemas de política sociais públicos experimentam. Deste modo, dão lugar aos capitais privados se incorporarem e valorizarem através de investimentos em setores de política sociais públicas como os Fundos de Pensões. Abordar-se-á, também, como esta dinâmica é implementada pelos sucessivos governos e legitimada pela maioria da população, mesmo caminhando em direção contrária à defesa de direitos sociais dos interesses dos trabalhadores.
In this paper will be discussed the four faces of the counter-reform that Brazilian Welfare System faces since 1998 until today as expressions of the failure that the public social policies system experiences and give way to the private sector to incorporate and increase through investments in the public social policies field as the Pension Funds. It will also be discussed how this trend is implemented by the successive governments and legitimized by the majority of the population even moving against the defense of the social rights and workers interests.
