Este trabalho que aqui se apresenta busca discutir o desmonte da
seguridade social brasileira a partir no século XXI em especial a partir do golpe institucional de 2016. Para tanto, optou-se pelo enfoque integrado de uma noção de
seguridade, por entender que as estratégias de desmonte neoliberal se dão de maneira articulada, descaracterizando, não somente as políticas em sua
especificidade, mas a própria noção de Seguridade Social como forma de justiça social. Para isso realizamos pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais. Aborda-se o
indicioso desmonte da Seguridade Social através das contrarreformas neoliberais efetivando o desmonte da seguridade, trazendo consequência para a efetivação dos
direitos sociais historicamente conquistados pela luta dos movimentos populares eda classe trabalhadora.
This paper aims to discuss the dismantling of Brazilian social security
from the 21st century onwards, especially from the institutional coup of 2016.Therefore, we opted for the integrated approach of a notion of security,
understanding that Neoliberal dismantling strategies take place in an articulated manner, disregarding not only the policies in their specificity, but the very notion of
Social Security as a form of social justice. For this we carry out bibliographical and
documentary research. The indicative dismantling of Social Security is approached
through the neoliberal counter-reformations effecting the dismantling of security,
bringing consequences for the realization of social rights historically conque red by
the struggle of popular movements and the working class.
