Refletir sobre a execução e o horizonte disposto no decreto n7.234/2010,que determina os parâmetros do Programa Nacional de Assistência Estudantil a ser
pautado nas instituições federais de ensino, nos empenha refletir sobre os caminhos estabelecidos junto a uma perspectiva de prática e gestão embebidos no interior
de um capitalismo contemporâneo cada vez mais afastado dos aspectos pertinentes a
vida social e a classe trabalhadora. Portanto, entender assistência estudantil dispõe entender a materialidade posta, das políticas sociais, nesse Estado burguês, atrelado
ao pleno processo de expansão de universidades e escolas técnicas federais no curso dos governos Lula e Dilma.
Reflect on the execution and perspective set forth in the Decree No. 7,234 /2010, which determines the parameters of the National Student Assistance Program
to be set on Federal Educational Institutions, and make us strive to reflect on the paths established with a perspective of practice and management embedded
within a contemporary capitalism increasingly removed from the aspects relevant to social life
and the working class. Therefore, understanding student assistance makes it possible to understand the materiality of social policies in this bourgeois state, linked to the
Universities and Federal Technical Schools full expansion process in the course of Lula and Dilma governments.
