No presente artigo identificamos três eixos fundamentais sobre os quais é possível estruturar o pensamento de CarlSchmitt sobre o direito internacional: a ordenação do espaço, a guerra e a limitação da guerra. A estruturação aqui proposta torna mais tangível a doutrina de Schmitt em comparação com outros intentos de estudos do pensamento jurídico-internacional do jurista alemão (como os de Kervègan e Campderrich, entre outros). Também, mostramos que com nossa interpretação acerca dessestemas, é possível, ao menos em princípio, esclarecer aspectos até então obscuros do pensamento schmittiano sobre o direito internacional. A pesquisa baseou-se na observação de obras de Carl Schmitt e em outros doutrinadores internacionalistas. Como conclusão afirmamos que o pensamento de Schmitt sobre os diversos tipos de guerra e sobre os efeitos internos deflagrados pelos conflitos bélicos, apesar de terem sido construídos no século passado, dão sustentação aos conflitos atuais, demonstrando quão atual éo seu pensamento acerca da função do direito internacional.

n this article we identify three key axes on which you can structure the thought of Carl Schmitt on international law: the ordering of space, war and the limitation of war. The structure proposed here makes more tangible the doctrine of Schmitt in comparison with other attempts to study the legal and international thought of the German jurist (such as Kervègan and Campderrich, among others). Also, we show that with our interpretation about these issues, it is possible, at least in principle, to clarify aspects of the hitherto obscure Schmittian thinking about international law. The research was based on the observation of works of Carl Schmitt and other internationalist scholars. In conclusion we state that the thought of Schmitt on the various types of war and internal effects triggered by wars, despite having been built in the last century, give support to the current conflict, demonstrating how current is your thinking about the role of international law.
