As Empresas Transnacionais estão cada vez mais atuando no desenvolvimento da economia internacional. Ao se identificar e compilar regras de Direito Internacional que regulamentam as negociações internacionais entre estas companhias, verifica-se que a Diplomacia Empresarial constitui uma pratica que contribui para a expansão das grandes firmas brasileiras no mercado mundial. Trata-se,portanto, de conhecer as formas e papéis da Diplomacia Empresarial nas agendas das Empresas Transnacionais. Nesse contexto, a pesquisa visa analisar as formas da Diplomacia Empresarial no Brasil e seu papel na atuação nas Empresas Transnacionais brasileiras.

Transnational Companies are increasingly active in developing international economy. By identifying and compiling rules of International Law that governs international negotiations among these corporations, it appears that the practice of Business Diplomacy contributes for the expansion of Brazilian Transnational Companies on the world market. It is, therefore, to know the ways and the roles of Business Diplomacy on the agendas of Transnational Companies. In this context, the research aims to examine ways of Business Diplomacy in Brazil and its role in the operation of Brazilian Transnational Companies.
