A ação da orientação educacional no espaço escolar é fundamental para o indivíduo em fase de desenvolvimento cultural e educacional, para que encontrem motivação no aprendizado e neste sentido desenvolver-se de forma integral e significativa. Esse artigo tem como objetivo geral: Conhecer analisar a efetividade do trabalho realizado pelo orientador educacional no espaço escolar com os educandos e com os educadores, verificando os impactos que essa ação causa na vida dos atores pedagógicos e toda a comunidade. E como objetivos Específicos: 1-Conhecer a prática do orientador educacional nos diversos setores da escola. 2- Qualificar a prática pedagógica e as atitudes dos educandos no ambiente escolar. Este artigo segue uma linha qualitativa e quantitativa para obtenção de respostas e resultados. Como fonte de produção/coleta de dados, será aplicado um questionário com perguntas abertas e fechadas ao orientador educacional e ao 3º ano do Ensino médio. Os dados foram analisados com dois métodos, estatísticos e análise de conteúdo para as questões abertas. Obtivemos como resultados, indicadores percentuais onde 60% dos estudantes procuravam a Orientação Educacional para falar de sua vida pessoal e questões escolares que dificultavam a sua produtividade, além da extrema preocupação com o futuro pós ensino médio. A abertura deste setor nos mostrou diminuição considerável da evasão e casos de reprovação por nota ou falta, onde consequentemente houve aumento da autoestima dos estudantes. Consideramos ao final que para se tornar um orientador educacional hoje, além do reconhecimento dos problemas de ensino aprendizagem, é preciso reafirmar diariamente os propósitos da escola, bem como a competência educacional de cada colaborador escolar.
The action of educational guidance in schools is fundamental in students' lives for them to find motivation to study and develop in an integral way. This article has the general objective: To investigate and analyze what is the work of the guidance counselor at the school with the students and educators, and what impacts this action causes in the lives of individuals who live in this space. And as Specific objectives: 1- To know in practice what is the work of the counselor in the various school sectors. 2-Identify what are the impacts of this action to qualify the pedagogical practice and the attitudes of students in the school environment. It is a qualitative and quantitative research. As production / data collection source, a questionnaire with open and closed questions the counselor and the 3rd year of high school will be applied. The data were analyzed in two ways: basic statistics for multiple choice questions and content analysis to the open questions. We obtained as relevant results that 60% of students sought the Educational Guidance to talk about his life and the school listens and welcomes demonstrating to be a school that works with a humanitarian education. This work of educational guidance decreased evasion and school failure and increased self-esteem of students. The conclusion we reached is that there is something fundamental in schoolwork and school counselor today, beyond the commitment to educational learning problems, we must fight so that the school does not lose the human dimension.
