The objective of this study was to analyze managerial factors such as distributive justice, role conflict and trust in management, together with technostress, and their influence to the perceived exhaustion at work. Through the data from 273 subjects and structural equations modeling, technostress obtained the greatest positive effect on work exhaustion compared to the other factors. Moreover, the results also showed that role conflict has a positive effect on workers’ fatigue and contrary to distributive justice. Finally, trust in management was not confirmed as a significant factor that influences the professionals’ exhaustion.
