Partindo do referencial teórico da criminologia crÃtica, o presente artigo pretende retomar a crÃtica radical ao controle penal, superando os reformismos em busca da utopia anticarcerária.
Based on the theoretical framework of critical criminology, this paper intends to resume the radical critique of punishment, overcoming reformisms on behalf of the utopia of the abolition of prison.
