Este trabalho objetiva revelar as percepções das trabalhadoras no processo produtivo da fibra vegetal de malva sobre as questões de gênero, trabalho e saúde na localidade Ilha do Valha-me Deus – Juruti/PA. Realizamos entrevistas com cinco (05) malvicultoras da localidade.Como resultado, apontamos como as relações entre trabalho e gênero impactamna saúde dessas malvicultoras devido à insalubridade do processo de produção da malva. Destacamos ainda o papel relevante das mulheres nesta produção, no âmbito da agricultura familiar, pois o trabalho delascontribui fundamentalmente em toda produção da fibra
This paper aims to reveal the perceptions of workers in the production process of plant fiber mauve on issues of gender, work and health in the locality Island Goodness me - Juriti/PA. We interviewed five (05) malvicultoras the locality, and the data analyzed on the basis of theoretical research. As results, we point out the labor relations, gender and health as these malvicultoras is impaired due to unsanitary manufacturing process of mauve. We also highlight the relevance of women in this production, in the context of family farming role because their work contributes fundamentally across the fiber production.
