O presente artigo objetiva sistematizar o trabalho realizado no Centro de Referência Especializado em População de Rua (Centro POP) de Niterói/RJ, buscando refletir, a partir de novas diretrizes da atual gestão da Secretaria de Assistência Social e Direitos Humanos (SASDH), a reconfiguração da organização do processo de trabalho das equipes. Assim, pretendeu-se por meio de pesquisa documental, analisar a incorporação dos parâmetros propostos na Tipificação Nacional dos Serviços Socioassistenciais, considerando as especificidades do municÃpio e, particularmente, os desafios enfrentados para a implementação da atenção especializada ofertada à população em situação de rua, conforme estabelecido na PolÃtica Nacional de Assistência Social.
This article aims to systematize the work of the Specialized Reference Center Street Population (POP Center) of Niterói / RJ, seeking to reflect, from new guidelines of the current management of the Department of Social and Human Rights Service (SASDH), the reconfiguration of the organization of the work process of the teams.
