Durante os primeiros anos da década de 1930, Getúlio Vargas se dedicou a regulação das soluções creditícias do formato funding loan, em um sistema administrativo, com vistas a sua equalização nas relações internacionais financeiras, com controle dos nichos de investimentos capitais, e de envios de investimentos financeiros para fora do Brasil, em uma série de Leis e Decretos. Nesta análise, serão resgatadas tais políticas para a regularização de empréstimos para o país.
During the first years of the 1930s, Vargas was dedicated to the regulation of credit solutions format funding loan in an administrative system, in view of its financial equalization in international relations, with control of the niche investment capital, and submissions investments outside Brazil, in a series of laws and decrees. In this analysis, such policies will be redeemed for settlement of loans across the country.
