Nas diversas interpretações que se apresentam, hoje, para a explicação de nossa conjuntura nacional, expressões como “fascismo”, “neofascismo”, “processos de fascistização” e “bolsonarismo” estão presentes. Diante dessa polêmica em aberto, o presente artigo objetiva evidenciar o debate sobre o fascismo a partir da ótica gramsciana, discutindo a apropriação deste conceito para a explicação da conjuntura brasileira atual. Para tanto, o tema nos exige o necessário retorno a Gramsci, buscando elementos para fomentar o debate à luz da conjuntura atual, ao mesmo tempo em que se mantem o rigor teórico na tradutibilidade do autor para a realidade periférica.
In the various interpretations that are presented today for the explanation of our national situation, expressions such as "fascism", "neofascism", "fascist processes" and "bolsonarism" are present.
