O presente artigo procura realizar uma exposição sobre o direito à luz da crÃtica de Karl Marx e Friedrich Engels. Textos como O socialismo jurÃdico (1887), Sobre a questão judaica e CrÃtica da filosofia do direito de Hegel (ambos de 1843) nos servirão de base para tal. Pretendemos aqui recompor dimensões fundantes da crÃtica marxiana em relação ao direito para pensarmos as formas efetivas de articulação entre estas razões.
The present article seeks to accomplish an exposition of the philosophy of right as criticized by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, in texts such as 'Juridical Socialism' (1887), 'On the Jewish Questio'n and the 'Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right' (both from 1843). We intend here to recompose the founding dimensions of the Marxian critique of right in order to think the effective forms of articulation between these two rationalities.
